Overview

New possibilities for simple and accurate food and beverage analysis via DART® (Direct Analysis in Real Time) Mass Spectrometry, offering reduction in sample extraction requirements and improvements of efficiencies.

Direct analysis in real-time (DART®) Mass Spectrometry offers new possibilities for the rapid detection of contaminants in high-throughput food and beverage applications. In this webinar, you’ll learn how DART-MS was used to create faster, more sensitive test methods and how it can be used to complement or replace slower, less sensitive, and more cumbersome analysis techniques. (such as conventional GC and LC MS)

In this webinar you’ll learn how to:

  • Remove the slow extraction and chromatographic steps from QA/QC of food and beverage samples
  • Analyze large numbers of samples within a much shorter timeframe than previously possible
  • Deploy a technique more suited to the time pressures of QA/QC steps in food and beverage analyses, such as during grape harvests
Who should attend:
  • Analytical scientists currently working with LC/MS or GC/MS
  • QA/QC scientists
  • Food and beverage processors
