The Sutter Instrument DF-Scope™ is a multi-photon conversion package for the popular Olympus BX51WI microscope, commonly used for electrophysiology and epi-fluorescent imaging in many labs. The DF-Scope package provides all the optics and electronics necessary to convert the BX51WI into a full multi-photon microscope. The user need only supply a Ti:Sapphire laser to complete the system. Included in the package are resonant and/or galvanometer scan boxes and controllers, detector paths, PMTs, PMT power supplies, scan lenses and a tube lens.
