The Supermini is a benchtop wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer system from Rigaku. It combines the advantages of WDXRF— light element sensitivity and superior wavelength resolution— in a smaller, more compact design. This easy-to-use system has applications in many industries, including petrochemicals, cement, mining, polymers and plastics, food, and pharmaceuticals, to name a few. Features include: elemental coverage of fluorine (F) to uranium (U), ½ the cost and ¼ the size of traditional WDXRF systems, and PPM detection levels. |
